Pantu News: Even Titled NCR lands and and Temuda outside boundary areas Robbed (Lanun) by Pelita Tetangga akrab (Kim Loong Berhad)
Two Police reports PT/RPT/507/2010, Patu/000508/10 were made against Tetangga Akrab Pelita Pantu (Kim Loong Berhad) yesterday for encroachment into surveyed Titled Lands and Temuda at Bilal, Ubah Pantu. These areas were outside Pelita development area. These Public Listed west Malaysian company Kim Loong Berhad kept on bulldosing dayak land and created lots of problems to the landowners there. No social responsiblility at all towards the plight of Dayak Land owners. This encroachment towards Titled Native Land should be stopped immediately. They also made use of ex Dayak captain Robert Ason to harrass the indigenous people there.

Now , where are Jabu, Mawan Masing, Tiki and all the dayaks MP? Are they deaf or laughing loudly. You know who they are now? Are you dayaks going to vote for the come the next State ecection? Asked youself.

Since police reports were made into the encroachment, the police has to open the investigation papers, pro-active in dealing with the problem, not just close the case NFA( no further action).
The problem if not tackle properly can cause chaos and provocation, thus untoward incident could happen.
I know some policemen are lazy to investigate the case. Sometimes they will advice the complainants of the cases to see the Land and Survey Department and other government agencies. Their actions can be seen as `hanya melepaskan batuk ditangga`.
